The Australian Government recommends that children aged 5-12 years should spend no more than 2 hours a day in front of a screen for entertainment TV or electronic devise.

Mixed activities spaced out over the day can help us all achieve this goal

Exercise can be anything that makes us breath faster and that quickens our heart rate
